The room was stylish and neat, included with a kitchen, sofa plus a nice balcony + comfortable mattress. The location in a very very nice area was incredibly comfortable and handy and there were the main shopping centre and a market nearby. We stayed for 4 nights here, loved Central district.

This place is wonderfully located near major attractions, the main train station, and Metro, making it very convenient to visit; for a good cup of tea or coffee, Gelateria la Romana nearby is recommended.

Some difficulty in accessing the hotel upon arrival, as there was no one there to assist. The bright lights from a nearby restaurant disturbed sleep as the curtains were not able to block out the light completely.

The staff was excellent and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge. It was in an excellent and wonderful location with a public square nearby. We needed to stay close to a bus station.

The room was absolutely AMAZING - so clean and new, it blew my mind! The friendly greeting and basket of goodies left for us were such a kind gesture. The location was super convenient, within walking distance of all the major attractions. The little courtyard and historic lift added a touch of charm to the place. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I loved the fact that there was a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle in the room. The express check-in/out made everything so easy and hassle-free. my stay at this guesthouse was simply fabulous!
